It also performs a fetch request to retrieve agent customization data like colors and avatar from that domain.<\/p>\n\n<p>Additionally, the plugin fetches branding information (like color theme and avatar image) from the same API endpoint: <code>https:\/\/api.capy-ai.com\/agent\/public\/{agent_id}<\/code>. The avatar image is dynamically used in the toggle button of the widget.<\/p>\n\n<p>No user-specific personal data is sent from the website.
