The plugin holds no invoicing logic of\nits own: numbering, VAT, PDF, PAY by square QR payments and e-invoicing\n(Peppol, mandatory in Slovakia from 2027) happen in Den\u00e1r, the shop only sends\norders and listens to webhooks.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bank transfer:<\/strong> a proforma with PAY by square is issued when the order is placed, with the order number as the variable symbol. Once Den\u00e1r pairs the payment from the bank, the order moves to Processing and the invoice is issued from the proforma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Card and payment gateways:<\/strong> the invoice is issued and marked paid right away.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash on delivery:<\/strong> the invoice is issued when the order is completed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> a credit note to the invoice, for the refunded lines or the refunded amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancelled orders:<\/strong> an unpaid proforma is cancelled.<\/li>\n<li>Coupons become a document discount, shipping and fees are lines; company details (I\u010cO, DI\u010c, I\u010c DPH) are read from the common <code>_billing_ic<\/code> \/ <code>_billing_dic<\/code> \/ <code>_billing_dic_dph<\/code> fields; EU reverse charge and export from the px-shop-core company module.<\/li>\n<li>Every document is checked against the order total - a document whose total differs (rounding of prices with VAT) stays a draft instead of being issued with a wrong amount.<\/li>\n<li>The order screen lists the documents with a PDF download; \"Send to Den\u00e1r again\" retries after a fix.<\/li>\n<li>Runs in the background (Action Scheduler) with retries - the checkout never waits for Den\u00e1r.<\/li>\n<li>Compatible with HPOS and the block checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A Den\u00e1r account with API access is required - plans Firma and Profi, and the free trial. Sign up at <a href=\"https:\/\/denar.sk\/cennik\">denar.sk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the Den\u00e1r API (<code>https:\/\/api.denar.sk\/v1<\/code>, operated by\nPixeler s. r. o., Slovakia), the invoicing service the shop uses to issue its\ndocuments. Without it the plugin does nothing.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>When the administrator clicks \"Check connection\", the plugin sends the API\nkey and receives the name and tax identifiers of the connected organization.<\/li>\n<li>When an order is to be invoiced, the plugin sends the order data needed on\nan invoice: order number, items, prices, taxes, shipping, payment method and\nthe customer's billing details (name, company, company and VAT\nidentification numbers, address, e-mail, phone).
