This plugin will allow users to chat with the website's business in real-time by using Facebook Messenger. Users can start a conversation on the website and continue it on other devices at any time.<\/p>\n\n

Please note, Facebook is still currently developing their Customer Chat and so it is still in beta.<\/p>\n\n\n

Whitelist domain<\/h4>\n\n

  1. Go to your Facebook Page.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Settings then Messenger Platform<\/li>\n
  3. Add your website URL under Whitelisted Domains and Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Obtain Page ID<\/h4>\n\n

    1. Go to https:\/\/findmyfbid.com\/ and enter your page's URL.<\/li>\n
    2. Make note of Page ID<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Install Plugin<\/h4>\n\n

      1. Upload the plugin files to '\/wp-content\/plugins' directory or by using the WordPress plugins screen directly.<\/li>\n
      2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress<\/li>\n
      3. Configure the plugin settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        For the plugin to work all you need are the IDs of the Facebook Page and Facebook App you will be using.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n\n
